Glass facades

Glass Facade Systems – Sherif Ali Hassan

Panorama 52:

  • Three types of glass installation styles:

    1. Curtain wall (aluminum visible from the outside)

    2. Structural unit system (no visible aluminum from the outside)

    3. Hybrid system combining both styles, allowing selected mullions or transoms to be exposed.

  • Equipped with various window and entrance door opening options:

    • Inward/outward opening

    • Top-hung

    • Parallel opening sashes

  • Allows using the same profile for both mullions and transoms by applying special sealing solutions (optional).

  • Supports multiple methods for assembling mullions and transoms, either through machining or non-machined connections.

Panorama 62:

  • A wide range of profiles (vertical mullions and horizontal transoms) with various dimensions tailored to structural requirements (moments and loads).

  • Three types of glass installation styles:

    1. Curtain wall (aluminum visible from the outside)

    2. Structural unit system (no visible aluminum from the outside)

    3. Hybrid system combining both, where one or more mullions or transoms are exposed externally.

  • Allows reinforcement of profiles using steel or aluminum sections within the mullions for additional strength.
